this casino is full of the absolute worst kind of people. as u can understand from the title . its been 24 days since i made a huge deposit of 4500 inr here and till date i have not got it here nor the 7 days guaranteed credit which bc has set up have actually credited anything . All my submissions have been done properly all documents bank statements have been provided but till today i have not gotten any response on the 7 days guaranteed credit ( its been 17 days tbh since the submission for 7 days guaranteed credit thing now ) and u guys have limited the messaging to 5 messages on submissions so we cant even message to whats going on and live support is just ur AI thats always telling us ticket is being processed non sense so no point in that i want my money credited here or refunded back to me , i dont know what your 3rd party merchants are doing are they scamming ppl or what and they are not providing any proofs to us which creates more suspicion im posting my details here i want one of u guys to look into it and credit my deposit and i have seen u guys totally ignoring ppl from previous posts and not replying to them hopefully u guys dont do that here

I am a VIP53 platinum member, all achieved in less than a year, with monthly wagers that usually exceed $100K and have sometimes been over $400K. Despite this, I have not yet been granted a VIP Host. I don't understand it, I have more than met the requirements for months. Some friends got it at lower levels and with half the wager. I think it's completely unfair. I contact support and the answer is always the same, that I will receive an invitation as soon as the VIP service deems it appropriate. But this never happens. I don't know what else I can do now.

I hope this serves as a warning for players of this website. In the responsible gaming section, BC pretends to have a 'Gambling Limits' option where you can set loss limits and wager limits. These DO NOT work, under any circumstance. I set a loss limit of $10 and I was still able to play and lose over $5k. I then added a $20 wager limit just to check if that was fake too, played the amount needed to trigger it, and nothing happened. Both limits still show as $10 and $20 left. This did not seem a scummy casino, so I'm hoping they'll fix this and refund the losses.

Okay so theres a new sports betting app called HotStreak that is spending a LOT OF $$$$ to get new users. If you total the average complaints of rogue casinos then bc game has atleast 20 times more unresolved red flagged complaints at askgamblers and a warning comes at casino guru that bc game is not replying. The reality is bc game doesn't have even half of all the deposits as per my belief to be doing this, they have withheld large amounts in crypto too, now only matter of time before your account nulled and your monies transferred into something fishy and murky.
